Transferring a Call Directly to a Voicemail Greeting
Under certain circumstances, you may wish to transfer a caller directly to an extension's voicemail greeting even if the extension is theoretically available to take the call.
1. With the caller on the line click on the VMail Button.
2. Click on the appropriate DSS key.
