The Directory lists all the internal extensions which you can call, or to which other calls can be transferred. The location or call status of each extension is shown by the icon next to their the extension's name.
You can also set a user's location from this screen by right clicking on the appropriate name.
You are able to sort within this directory based on your requirements.
