Adding Multiple Extensions to DD Tab Pages
From within the Company Directory, you can add extensions to your Tab Page.
How to add Extension(s) to a DD Tab Page
- Click on the Magnifying Glass icon (Search Company Directory).
- Click on the desired extension number.
- Drag the extension to the appropriate DD Tab.
- Release the mouse button.
To select more than one (1) extension
- Hold down the CTRL key while you click each extension. Keeping holding down the CTRL key while you drag the group of extensions to the appropriate DD Tab.
OR:
Select a consecutive range of extensions by clicking on the first extension, holding down the SHIFT key, clicking the last extension, then dragging the group of extensions to the appropriate DD Tab.
