Adding Multiple Extensions to DD Tab Pages

From within the Company Directory, you can add extensions to your Tab Page.

How to add Extension(s) to a DD Tab Page

1. Click on the Magnifying Glass icon (Search Company Directory).
2. Click on the desired extension number.
3. Drag the extension to the appropriate DD Tab.
4. Release the mouse button.

To select more than one (1) extension

1. Hold down the CTRL key while you click each extension. Keeping holding down the CTRL key while you drag the group of extensions to the appropriate DD Tab.

 OR:

Select a consecutive range of extensions by clicking on the first extension, holding down the SHIFT key, clicking the last extension, then dragging the group of extensions to the appropriate DD Tab.
