Toggling Between Two Callers

PBX Dependent Feature!

In the situation where you manually transfer a call through to a particular staff member and they require further information prior to you releasing the call through to them:

1. Answer the incoming call (external party).
2. Ensure the Release button is set to manual release.
3. Click the appropriate DSS key.
4. Speak to the staff member.
5. To toggle between the two calls click the SCR/DEST button.
6. When you are ready to connect the two parties, click Release.
