Auto Action Controls
Should you want the IPFX Console to popup when the phone rings, you will need to enable the Auto Action Controls.

Ring Activate |

Click this option if you want the IPFX Console to appear and hide for each call. The slide bar timer will determine the amount of seconds a call will ring for before activating the screen. |
Queue Activate |
|
If the IPFX Console is minimized and the Operator is on another call there is no way for the Operator to know when another call has come into the Queue. Click this option if you want the IPFX Console screen to 'Popup' when a queue call is received. The slide bar timer will determine the amount of seconds a call will ring for before activating the screen. |
Stay Active |
|
Click this option if you want the IPFX Console to stay active permanently. This means the operator will physically need to minimize the IPFX Console screen, should it be necessary. |
