The Oper button will answer the first Operator call that arrives at your IPFX Console

To Answer a Recall

  • Click on the Recall Button.

The Recall button will allow you to answer a recalling call before any other calls. Recalls are displayed with a blue arrow in the incoming calls section.

To Answer a Busy recalled call

  • Click on the Busy Button.

The Busy button will allow you to answer a call that has returned to you from a busy extension, before any other calls. (This situation may occur if the extension does not have Voicemail).

To Answer a No Answer call

  • Click on the No Ans Button.

The No Ans button will allow you to answer a call that has returned to you from an extension that was not answered, before you answer any other calls. (This situation may occur if the extension does not have Voicemail). No Answer calls are shown with a Yellow arrow in the incoming calls section.

Note: Normal calls are displayed with a Black Arrow. These calls can be specifically answered by double clicking on the call in the Incoming Calls screen on your IPFX Console.
