Re-Recording Break and Fire/Emergency Messages

To re-record the Break or Fire/Emergency messages

1. Click on the Microphone icon () on the top tool bar.
2. Select the Message type you want to record.
3. Click on OK. (The Voicemail system will now ring you).
4. Select 1 to Listen or 2 to Record.(Now follow the instructions as given by Voicemail).

Note: You will be required to Press the # key to confirm your recording. Use the # key on your phone, DO NOT use Shift 3 on your keyboard. If you wish to re-record Operator Queue announcements, please discuss with your IT Administrator.
