[SENSe:]MODule:COUNter:GATE:THReshold[:VOLTage]
Syntax
[SENSe:]MODule:COUNter:GATE:THReshold[:VOLTage] {<voltage>|MIN|MAX|DEF}, <slot>
[SENSe:]MODule:COUNter:GATE:THReshold[:VOLTage]? [{MIN|MAX},] <slot>
Description
This command sets the external gate threshold voltage for both counters on the 34950A Digital I/O Module (both banks share the same threshold).
Used With:
34950A Digital I/O Module
Parameters
Name |
Type |
Range of Values |
Default Value |
<voltage> |
Numeric |
Desired threshold voltage between 0V and 3V, with 20 mV resolution. MIN = 0V, MAX = 3V |
0.8V (TTL) |
<slot> |
Discrete |
{1|2|3|4|5|6|7|8} |
This is a required parameter |
Remarks
To select the external gate source, use the [SENSe:]COUNter:GATE:SOURce command.
To select the logic polarity for an external gate signal, use the [SENSe:]COUNter:GATE:POLarity command.
The selected threshold voltage is stored in volatile memory and will be set to 0.8V when power is turned off or after a Factory Reset (*RST command).
Return Format
The query command returns the gate threshold voltage in the form "+1.00000000E+00" for the specified slot.
Examples
The following command sets the gate threshold voltage to 1.8V on the module in slot 3.
MOD:COUN:GATE:THR 1.8,3
The following query returns the gate threshold voltage setting on the module in slot 3.
MOD:COUN:GATE:THR? 3
Typical Response: +1.80000000E+00
