Printing the Sales Statistics Report
The Sales Statistics report lists figures for sales and returns by the statistical reporting periods you specify in the Options form.
The report includes current statistics only if you use the Keep Item Statistics option in the Options form.

Before printing
Run Day End Processing if you want to include the latest costing information in the report.
When to print
Print the report when you need to review the sales figures for items, or to help you identify trends and determine profit margins.
To print the Sales Statistics report

Double-click the Sales Statistics icon in the Price/Sales Analysis folder.

Make your selections in the following fields:
Sort by. Specify the order in which to list item records.
From [ ] To [ ]. Specify the range of item numbers, categories, segments, or optional field entries to include in the report.
Location [ ] to [ ]. Select a range of locations to include in the report.
From Year [ ] and Period [ ], To Year [ ] and Period []. Specify the range of reporting periods for the report.
[ ] for Each Period Selected. Specify what item information will appear on the report.

To begin printing, click the Print button.
If you are printing to a printer, Inventory Control displays the Print Destination dialog box to let you confirm your printer selection and change the number of copies to print. Click OK if the settings are correct; otherwise, click Cancel or Setup.
If you are printing to a file, Inventory Control displays the name of the file, so you can change it or cancel printing.
If you are printing to the screen (preview), Inventory Control displays the report. You can then export it to a file or send it to the printer.
