Look Up Costs of LIFO and FIFO Items
Overview
I/C lets you look up the costs of received, shipped and available items that use LIFO or FIFO costing — by item and by location.
To look up the costs of LIFO and FIFO items on particular transactions:

Open Inventory Control > I/C Statistics and Inquiries > LIFO/FIFO Inquiry.
Click here for help on LIFO/FIFO Inquiry fields.

Select the account set or sets (LIFO or FIFO) for which you want to view information.

Choose an item number or range of item numbers.

Select a location or locations.

Once you have made your selections, click the Go button (
). -
The information you requested is displayed in columns.

For further information concerning each item, highlight a line and click the Details button. The following details are displayed in columns:

Document number
-
Date
-
Quantity received and cost
-
Quantity shipped and cost
-
Quantity available and cost
Information on items that have not yet been through day-end processing is displayed beneath the columns.

Click the Close button to return to the LIFO/FIFO Inquiry form.
