When E-mail is the Print Destination

To print to an e-mail, choose Print Destination from the File menu on the company desktop. Select the E mail option, then click OK.

After printing to an e-mail, you can clear the data for some reports, such as posting journals and the Batch Status report, using the Clear History form.
