Look Up Transaction History

Overview

I/C lets you look up transactions created in Sage ERP Accpac Order Entry, Purchase Orders or Inventory Control.

To look up transactions:

  1. Open Inventory Control > I/C Statistics and Inquiries > Transaction History Inquiry.

  1. To change the fiscal year and period, select a new one from the drop-down list beside the As At Year/Period field.

  2. Enter the beginning and ending item numbers, or select them using the Finders.

  3. Enter the beginning and ending account set numbers, or select them using the Finders.

  4. Enter the beginning and ending location numbers, or select them using the Finders.

  5. When you are satisfied with your inquiry criteria, click the Go button.

  6. A list of items matching your criteria is displayed. To view a list of recent transactions involving an item, select the item from the list and click the Details button.

  7. The list includes the document number and other information about the transaction.

  8. To drill down to the original document, highlight a transaction and click the Details button.

Sage ERP Accpac will display the original transaction unless it has been cleared from the database.
