Locations Form — Items Tab
This tab is displayed only if you do not use the Allow Items At All Locations option on the I/C Options form.
On this tab, you assign item numbers to a location and specify which of the assigned items can be used in transactions at the location.

To add items to a location
You can either:

Specify a range of item numbers to add all at once, by using the Select By, From, and To fields.
Or

Add items individually. Press the Insert key on your keyboard in the Item Number column, then enter the item number or select it from the Finder.
To delete items from a location
Highlight the item number you want to remove, then press the Delete key on your keyboard. Click Yes if a message appears asking you to confirm the deletion.
