Items Form — Optional Fields Tab
Use the Optional Fields tab to:

Enter data into automatically inserted fields on this tab.
If a field is required, you cannot save the item record until to fill in the value.

Add optional item fields that were not automatically inserted.
Use the Insert key to add a new line to the grid, and then use the Finder to add the optional field.
Note: Optional fields must be assigned to the Items form in the I/C Optional Fields form before you can add them.
