Use the Clear History form to selectively remove (erase) data you no longer want to keep in your Inventory Control system, such as the following:

  • Transaction history

  • Transaction statistics

  • Sales statistics

  • Printed posting journals

  • Printed item labels

  • Expired contract prices

  • Transactions

  • Serial numbers

  • Lot numbers

  • Serial history

  • Lot history

You can clear one or more types of data at the same time.
