Item Number. Lists items in order of item numbers.

Category. Groups items by item categories.

Item Segment. Lists items that contain the specified segment in their item numbers, grouped by the specified range of segment codes.

Optional Field Entries. Lists items by the contents of the selected optional field. These choices appear only if you added one or more optional fields in the Optional Fields form.
