Deleting Locations

To delete a location, first assign its item records to another location or delete the items. If an inventory worksheet exists for the location, delete it also.

Use the Locations form to make locations inactive. Print the Locations report to identify inactive locations. If a location is inactive, the date it was made inactive appears on this report below the Last Maintained date in the Telephone/Fax column.
