Using the Location Details Form

  1. Enter an item number or select an item number from the Finder beside the Item Number field.

  2. As needed, assign the item to locations (if you do not use the Allow Items At All Locations option), or add, edit, delete, or view location details for the item at locations to which the item is already assigned.

To assign the item to a location, enter a location code or use the Finder beside the Location field to select the location code. Repeat this for each desired location.

To add or edit details for a location, select (highlight) the line for the location, then add or edit the details. Repeat this for each desired location.

To delete a location detail, select (highlight) the line for the detail, then press the Delete key. If you see a message asking you to confirm the deletion, click Yes.

  1. Click Save to save new information or changes.
