Adding or Editing Transaction Statistics

  1. Double-click the Transaction Statistics icon in the Items And Price Lists folder.

  2. Enter the year (or use the Finder) for which you want to add or edit statistics.

  3. Enter the number of the statistical period for which you want to add or edit statistics.

You specify the desired type of statistical period using the Period Type option on the Processing tab of the Options form.

  1. Click the Go button (or press F7). This prepares the remaining fields for the sales data.

  2. Enter the information or changes.

To delete statistics for a period, click Delete. If a message appears asking you to confirm the deletion, click Yes.

  1. Click Save or Add.

  2. Repeat steps 2 through 6 for each set of transaction data you want to add.

  3. Click Close to close the form and save the information.
