Received. Select this option to print labels for the items included on receipts you have posted, after having specified the number of labels in the Receipts form.

On File. Select this option to print labels for all or any of the items that are included in your inventory, whether or not you currently have them in stock.

In Stock. Select this option to print labels for items that are currently in stock.

Non-Stock. Select this option to print labels for non-stock items.
