Customize (File menu)

Administrators can use this command to hide fields and/or buttons in forms and dialog boxes for specific users or for all users. For example, when fields are hidden, data that would normally appear in these fields cannot be printed, and hiding the Add or Delete buttons restricts users from adding or deleting data.
