Settings Menu

Depending on the form that is open, the Settings menu will contain the following commands:

  • Auto Clear: The Settings menu in the Journal Entry form includes an Auto Clear command to help you streamline data entry. Select the Auto Clear option to start a new entry automatically when you add a transaction (as if you clicked the Add button, then the New button).

  • Save Settings as Defaults and Clear Saved Settings: Other Sage ERP Accpac forms include these two commands in the Settings menu. After you print a statement using specific settings that you saved, when you open the same Report icon again, those settings will have been retained.
