Administrators can use this command from the File menu of a form to hide fields and/or buttons in forms and dialog boxes for specific users or for all users assigned to a particular UI Profile. For example, when fields are hidden, data that would normally appear in these fields cannot be printed, and hiding the Add or Delete buttons restricts users from adding or deleting data.
