Changing Column Order in Forms

You can permanently or temporarily change the order in which columns appear on many Sage ERP Accpac forms.

For example, you can change the order to Journal Entry detail columns to match the field order of a manual form from which you are entering data.

To move a column

  • Point at the column heading.

  • Hold down the left mouse button.

  • Move the column to its new location.

  • Release the button.

The columns will be in the new order the next time you open the form.

To reset column order

  1. On the Sage ERP Accpac desktop, highlight the icon for which you want to reset column order.

  2. Choose Object, Restore Defaults from the desktop menu.

  3. Make sure that you choose All Other Settings, and click OK.

The next time you use the function, the columns will be arranged in the original order.
