Print Preview Command

To see how a generated report will appear on the printed page, use Financial Statement Designer's Print Preview command, located on the File menu.

Once you have generated the financial report, you can use Financial Statement Designer's Print Preview command to see how the report will be printed.

When you leave Print Preview, you can move around both the specification and the report ranges of the spreadsheet.

To preview a report using the Print Financial Statements form, choose Preview as the print destination at the bottom of the form.
