Comparison of ACCPAC Plus and Sage ERP Accpac Specification Codes

The following set of charts lists all of the ACCPAC Plus for DOS Financial Reporter codes that extract data from the General Ledger accounts, and provides the equivalent codes in the Windows version of the Financial Reporter.

You may find these charts useful when checking financial report specifications that have been converted to the Sage ERP Accpac format.

As with the DOS version of the Financial Reporter, all balances or nets are computed relative to the fiscal period set for the report, except for BALOPEN, NETADJ, BALCLOSE, NETCLOSE, and fields referencing a specific time period.

Fiscal Set Prefix

The codes listed in the chart above provide access to actual data and budget data only. However, Sage ERP Accpac can store more financial data than listed above.

The next table lists the prefixes you can add to specification codes to gain access to the various fiscal sets provided.

Sage ERP Accpac lets you enter codes for specific years or use codes relative to the current year. Years are identified by the following suffixes.
