On the "Object" tab you will find the settings for the title and the background.

Title |
You can specify the title of your diagram here. It will then be displayed at the upper margin of the object. You can also select a formula with the formula button. The "Font" button lets you change the font for the title. Click it with the left mouse button to open a font selection dialog; a right-click resets the font to the default value for the object. |
