Navigation buttons 
Click the navigation buttons to move through the list of existing batches or entries.
Use the previous button to go to a previous record; use the next button to go to the next one. You can also jump directly to the first and last records.
Note that the navigation commands only find records that match the criteria set for them. If you cannot find a record, see if Set Criteria is checked on the menu.
