9.1.2 Step 1. Check the LANSA Open Configuration Parameters

The Configuration File parameters are set to default values during the installation process. When the LANSA Open installation has been completed, you must review the default values and change them to suit your installation's requirements.

Start the LANSA Open Configuration from the LANSA Open program group.

Note: You must log on as an Administrator before you can change the configuration.

The Configurator includes tabs sheets for:

• 9.2.1 Communication and Session Parameters

• 9.2.2 Directories

• 9.2.3 Format Parameters

• 9.2.4 Regional Parameters

For details of each option, refer to 9.2 LANSA Open Configuration Parameters or the help text supplied with the LANSA Open Configurator.
