Fill down 
Select a table cell and then click in ‘Fill down’ to copy its
content to all the cells of the column below the current one.
Use the ‘Fill down’ button to accelerate the procedure of
adding drawings, in case they all have the same scale or mark all pdf files to
convert them into vector drawings.
