Project measurements parameters 
This button enables you to modify the default values of library parameters, which you wish to apply to all measurements of the current project.
Parameters are used in the
formulas that appear in measurement calculations. To enter new parameters, click
the 
button to view the
library parameters (See General/Library/Parameters).
