Drop-Down Lists and Calendars
Drop-down lists and drop-down calendars are used throughout Sage ERP Accpac programs.
Click the down arrow to have the program display a list or a drop-down calendar from which you can choose an option or a date.
You can also:

Tab to the list field and press the down arrow to scroll through list choices, or

Tab to the list field and press Alt+down arrow to display the list or a calendar.
