Mailing Labels — Features

You can print mailing labels to attach to envelopes in which you are mailing documents to vendors and to shipments you are returning to vendors. You can either use the label format that comes with Purchase Orders, adapt it to your needs, or design your own.

Contents — Purchase Orders comes with two label formats that print labels on an 8.5 x 11 page. POLABEL.RPT prints 12 labels [2-up] and POLABELP.RPT prints 14.

Creating label formats — You can change the format for mailing labels to suit your needs, or you can create your own labels. (Refer to the online document "Customizing Printed Forms with Cyrstal Reports" for information.)
