File Menu
The File menu appears in most Purchase Orders forms. The File menu in each form contains some or all of the following commands.

Prints the current report, list, or form. |

Selects a printer and sets printing options. |
|
|
Lets you hide or display fields on a form, depending on the user. |
|
|
Imports the data records you specify from non-Sage ERP Accpac programs to Purchase Orders. |
|
|
Exports the data records you specify from Purchase Orders to non-Sage ERP Accpac programs. |
|
|
Closes the current form. |
