Receiving Slips -- Printing

Sage ERP Accpac Purchase Orders 6.0

Receiving Slips Printing

You can print copies of receiving slips until they are completed. Once they are completed, you can no longer print them and they will be deleted when you run Day End processing if you do not keep transaction history.

Note: Forms PORCP03.RPT and PORCP04.RPT will print cost information. If you want to hide costs on these forms, you will need to customize them.

When to print

Print a single receiving slip immediately after posting it in the Receipt Entry form, or use the Receiving Slips form to print a range of receiving slips when you want to print several slips together.

How to print

You can use the Receiving Slips icon to print a range of receiving slips, or you can print a receiving slip from the Receipt Entry Form immediately after posting. (Purchase Orders asks whether you want to print the receiving slip when it displays the "Posting completed" message.)
