Printing the E-mail Messages Report

Print the E-mail Messages report to see a list of all the e-mail messages defined for purchase orders and returns.

When to print

Print the report when you add new e-mail messages or change information for existing e-mail messages.

How to print

Double-click the E-mail Messages icon in the Setup Reports folder, or choose File, Print from the E-mail Messages form, and then choose the Print button.

Information printed on the report

The report includes, for each e-mail message:

  • The message type.

  • The message ID and description.

  • The subject.

  • The body of the message.

  • The last maintained date.

  • The Inactive date, if applicable.
