Print Purchase Orders Reports

What types of reports does Purchase Orders have?

In the P/O Forms folder

You can print forms immediately after posting Purchase Orders transactions or by selecting the various choices from the P/O Forms folder.

In the P/O Analytical Reports folder

  • Status reports that let you check on current orders, backorders, unfilled orders, lost orders, and invoicing status.

Status reports include the Purchase Order Action Report,Aged Purchase Orders Report, and Shippable Backorders Report.

  • Audit reports for printing transaction lists, posting journals, and purchase history.

Audit reports include the P/O Transaction List,Posting Journals,Purchase History Report,Purchase Statistics Report,Payables Clearing Audit List, and G/L Transactions Report.

If you don't use Inventory Control, the program also includes an Item Transaction History Report.

In the P/O Setup Reports folder

  • Setup reports that list the records you added to set up Purchase Orders and the options you selected in the P/O Options form and G/L Integration form.

Setup reports include Options Report,G/L Integration Report,Additional Cost Codes Report,E-Mail Messages Report,Ship-Via Codes Report,Vendor Contract Costs Report,Optional Fields Report, and Templates Report.

If you don't use Inventory Control, the program also includes an Account Sets Report,Items Report,Vendor Details Report, and Weight Units of Measure Report.

Before you start

  • Check the print destination for forms and reports.

 

  • Find out which report file to use for printing forms.

For example, you might have different mailing labels depending on the destination.

To print Purchase Orders reports:

  1. Open Purchase Orders > P/O Setup Reports.

Or

Open Purchase Orders > P/O Analytical Reports.

Or

Open Purchase Orders > P/O Forms.

  1. Choose the report that you want to print.

  2. Press F1 when the print form appears for detailed information on report options.

  3. To begin printing, click the Print button.
