Save Custom Analysis Format #6 (H.W.)
This menu (H.W. format) will create an output file of standard or unknown atomic, elemental and oxide weight percents, along with single point detection and analytical sensitivity and raw k-ratios, count times, beam current and x, y, z coordinates and relative distance in microns.

This file format was specified by Heather Wright at the University of Oregon and cannot be modified for other applications. In addition the first column of tab delimited data will contain any sample description text as separate strings enclosed in double quotes. This is the only output format in PROBE that will export the sample description field text.
