Count Times

Clicking the Count Times button opens the count times dialog box. This dialog also allows the user to modify the beam current integration time and the nominal beam current.

This dialog displays the current analyzed elements and the counting time for on-peak, off-peak, wavescan, peaking and quick scans. Each element may utilize a different count time for each on and off-peak measurement.
