Receiving Slips — Features

A receiving slip is a detailed list of the items you received from vendors and any additional costs posted with the receipt. Purchase Orders provides four standard 8½-inch by 11-inch or A4 receiving slip layouts that you can use as is or change to suit your needs using Sage ERP Accpac's report designer.

Purchase Orders provides four standard 8½-inch by 11-inch or A4 receiving slip layouts (PORCP01.RPT and PORCP03.RPT for printing on blank paper, and PORCP02.RPT AND PORCP04.RPT for preprinted forms). PORCP03.RPT and PORCP04.RPT show the quantities received.

Note: Pre-printed forms PORCP03.RPT and PORCP04.RPT also print cost information. If you want to hide costs on these forms, you will need to customize them.

Creating receiving slip formats — You can adapt the formats for receiving slips or create your own receiving slip format using the report designer.
