Requisition Entry Form — Detail Items Form

Use this form to add, edit, and delete requisition detail lines. The form displays all the fields in a separate window, letting you see all the information you enter for a single detail.

To open and close the Detail Items form

• Click the detail line on the Requisition tab, then either click the Details button or press F9 to open the Detail Items form.

• Press F9 or click Close to close the form and return to the Requisition tab.

To add or edit details in the Detail Items form

1. To start a new detail line, click the New icon next to the Line Number field. To open an existing detail you want to edit, type its line number or use the navigation buttons beside the field to display the detail.

2. Type the information or changes for the detail, then choose Add (for new details) or Save.

To delete details in the Detail Items form

1. To open an existing detail you want to delete, type its line number or use the navigation buttons to display the detail.

2. Click the Delete button.

• Click the Zoom button () or press Shift + F9 on your keyboard to open the Drop-Shipment Address or Detail Comments form. Click the Close button or press F9 to close these forms.
