Crystal Reports

All reports in Purchase Orders use Crystal Reports and have the extension RPT. You can:

• Modify any report using Crystal Reports or Crystal Enterprise (both from Business Objects).

• View previous tabs in the Print Preview form without having to restart the report.

• Attach reports to an e-mail using the E-mail print destination in System Manager.

• Use Crystal Enterprise to print scheduling in the Enterprise Series of Sage ERP Accpac (if you install Crystal Enterprise).

• Export reports (for the Pint Preview form) to a large number of formats, including:

• Comma-Separated Values (CSV)

• Data Interchange Format

• Excel 2.1, 3.0, 4.1, and 5.0

• HTML

• Lotus 1-2-3

• ODBC

• Text

• Paginated test

• Columnar text

• Rich Text Format (RTF)

• Word for Windows

• Lotus Notes

• Microsoft Mail

Modifying forms

If you want to modify or create forms using Crystal Reports, you must install Crystal Reports. Follow the details in the online document, “Customizing Printed Forms” (available from the Help menu on the Sage ERP Accpac desktop).
