Dialling from a CRM form

IPFX for Outlook

Note: This function requires that your organisation uses a Microsoft CRM server and has purchased IPFX CRM integration.

CRM Integration and Cisco 7905/7912 phones7905 and 7912 phones will not immediately dial out on you clicking the CRM Dial button. Instead, your own handset will ring. You must pick up the handset before your phone will dial out.

IPFX CRM integration enables you to dial directly from a CRM contact form.

To dial from a CRM contact form

  1. Open your CRM Accounts or Contacts folder from your organisation's CRM web client, or from your Outlook client:

  2. Double-click on a contact's name to open that contact's CRM form:

  3. Click the Dial... button in the toolbar. Your phone will dial the contact's Business Phone number.
