Call Alerts and CRM Integration

If your organisation has purchased IPFX CRM integration, a CRM link may appear in the Call Alert popup window.

Clicking on the CRM link will open the CRM Contact form associated with the incoming CLID.

How does CRM integration associate a CRM contact with the CLID?

Only CRM Account and Contact types are searched for matching CLIDs. All phone number fields in each Account or Contact entry are tested against the incoming CLID and the first matching entry is presented in the popup's CRM link.

By default, Account entries are searched first, followed by Contact entries. This order can be changed by your Administrator.
