Entering and Editing Operator Instructions

You can enter and edit Operator Instructions for your own extension, or for any extension in the Directory:

1. Open the Location screen for the extension whose Operator Instructions you wish to modify:
   • To open your own Location screen, click on the Location button in Outlook's Phone Control toolbar.
   • To open another extension's Location screen, open the Directory window by clicking on the Directory button in Outlook's Phone Control toolbar. In the Directory window, right-click on the extension whose Operator Instructions you want to modify and select Set Location...
2. Click inside the white text box below the words Operator Instructions and type in your message:

   

3. Click OK.
