Acquiring High-Frequency Waveforms
The NI 4050, NI 4065, and NI 4060 are not supported. When acquiring high-frequency waveforms, NI recommends calling niDMM Initiate before sending the trigger to initiate the signal. Calling niDMM Initiate early ensures that the DMM has finished settling and is ready to receive the trigger. If the trigger arrives while the DMM is still settling, the trigger is queued until the DMM is ready to respond. This delay can introduce skew into your data.
