Vendors Report — Features

The Vendors report lists the information entered for the vendor records in your Accounts Payable system.

When to print

Print the report when you add, change, or delete vendor records.

Information printed on the report

  • Vendor's address (appears if you select the Address option). Includes short name, telephone and fax numbers, and contact.
  • Profile information (appears if you select the Profile option). Includes:
  • The vendor's group, account set, terms code, bank code, credit limit, check language, and start date.
  • The primary remit-to location, if any.
  • The code or account number specified for the Distribute By option (distribution code, distribution set, or G/L account).
  • The tax group and related tax authorities, classes, and registration numbers.
  • Selections for the Duplicate Invoice Checking and Generate Separate Payment For Each Invoice options.
  • The vendor's currency code (multicurrency ledgers).
  • Comments and dates entered in the vendor record (appears only if you select the Comments option and entered comments in the record with follow-up dates within the specified range).
  • Any optional fields used in the vendor records, if you choose to include them.
