Batch Number and Batch Header Information
Use the Batch Number field to
- Create a new adjustment batch or open an existing batch
- View descriptive information for a batch
To create a new batch
- Click the New (
) button beside the Batch Number field. - Enter a description and a date for the batch.
To view descriptive information for the batch
- Click the Zoom
(
) button beside the Batch Number field. The adjustment
Batch
Information
form opens, displaying additional information for the batch.
To select an existing batch, do one of the following
- Type its number in the Batch Number field.
- Select it from the Finder beside the field.
- Click the navigation buttons beside the Batch Number field to move quickly through the list of batches.
