Distribute Taxes button
his button appears on the Taxes tab of the Invoice Entry form and on the Document Taxes form associated with miscellaneous payments you enter using the Payment Entry form.
Click the Distribute Taxes button to prorate the tax you enter manually to the invoice details. Note that you cannot prorate a tax amount to an authority that uses an exempt tax class.
