Project Maintenance Form — Overview

Like the Project tab on the Contract Maintenance form, the Project Maintenance form lets you add projects to a contract. The advantage of the Project Maintenance form is that it displays all the fields for a single project, and you do not have to scroll to view all the information for a project.

The Project Maintenance form also includes additional tabs that contain information not provided on the Contract Maintenance form. Click one of the buttons below for information about the corresponding tab on the Project Maintenance form:

Project Taxes Totals Employee Miscellaneous Overhead Equipment Subcontractor Material Activity Optional Fields

To display the Project Maintenance form, do one of the following:

  • Select a project on the Project tab of the Contract Maintenance form, then click the Detail button.

  • Click the project on the tree. (If you have not yet added a project, right-click the contract on the tree, then click New Project.)
